To help us complete the job quickly, please: - Leave all water taps turned on - Close and secure all windows and doors - Unlock gates or any entrances that might prevent access - Place a towel under door frames if cleaning is to be done directly in that area - Report any leaks and concerns at the time of estimation Access to electricity is not needed.
When is the best time to pressure wash?
A proactive approach is recommended for commercial maintenance and water-based cleaning. The more frequent the cleaning, the less pressure is needed during service. Preventative cleaning takes less time and is gentler, which can save money over time and help preserve the integrity of the material being cleaned.
